City Council Meeting <br />November 13, 2000 <br />19 <br />• Kelley stated that Council should not approve the licenses of the 2 applicants, Meinhardt <br />and Norum, in violation of code. Moorse stated that in Meinhardt's case, employees <br />come to the property to pick up a truck, but do not technically work on site. Overall <br />Council agreed with staff's recommendation to put Meinhardt and Norum on notice that <br />they will not receive licenses next year. <br />Kelley moved, and Flint seconded, to approve the above Home Occupation Licenses <br />for the year 2001, and that staff should put Meinhardt and Norum on notice that <br />they are in violation of the home occupation ordinance and will not receive licenses <br />for 2002. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*31.
