MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2000 <br />(Mayor /Council Report, Continued) <br />noted the City of Plymouth has restricted the use of phosphorus. <br />Flint stated in his view Orono should promote the use of phosphorus -free fertilizer. <br />Moorse stated phosphorus -free fertilizers have been available for years. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />None <br />*( #12) LICENSES <br />Peterson moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the following licenses: <br />Gambling (Resolution) <br />1.
