'�• AND WHSREAS, it appears that Hardrives of Maple Grove is � the lowest responsible bidder. � ,: •+ NOW, THSRBFORE, BS IT R$SOLVED BY THE CITY COIINCIL OF ORONO, MINNESOTA: . 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and „ • directed to enter into the attached contract with Hardrives of Maple Grove in the name of the City of -i Orono for the improvement of Woodhill Avenue according , to the plans and specific�ations therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City �µ� � Clerk. ,.; ;;; 2.
