The new owner is hereby notified that the City Council <br /> � will not consic3er any future building construction, additions <br /> or expansion for commercial uses because to do so would <br /> extend or intensify the non-conforming use contrary to the <br /> , intent of the zoning code and contrary to the intent <br /> of the Comprehensive Community Management Plan.
