Any future subdivision of Lot 2, Block 1 Hillaway Farm must <br /> address the issue of the second residential unit by providing either a <br /> 5 acre lot for the residential unit or by filing for a ConditionaZ Use <br /> Permit for a non-rental caretaker or guest house use. <br /> 2. If Lot 1, Block 1 Hillaway Farm has not been sold by June 27, <br /> 1989, the Subdivider shall either legally combine Lot l, Block 1 with <br /> Lot 2, Block 1 or remove the barns/accessory structures from Lot 1, <br /> Block 1. If Lot 1, Block 1 has been sold and a building permit has <br /> not been issued for a principal residence by June 27, 1989, the new <br /> owner will be asked to remove the barns/accessory structures from Lot <br /> � l, Block 1. <br /> 3. The future owner of Lot 1, Block 1 is hereby advised that the <br /> setback of the barns (less than 150' from al 1 adjacent lot lines) will <br /> only allow the use of the barns for the non-commercial keeping of <br /> animals. <br /> 4. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with <br /> � either the Hennepin County Recorder's office or Registrar of Titles on <br /> or before December 27, 1988 together with a certified original copy of <br /> this resolution and an executed, copy of the easement noted above. <br /> The approval of this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been <br /> filed by the date specified above.
