`,� � � a � Cit� of ORONO <br /> �� • � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> t.M Q� <br />.s � NO. 2455 <br /> • � • • . <br />� • <br />, <br />; . � <br /> � A R$SOLDTION APPROVING T$E PLAT OF <br /> BAYSIDE LANDING <br /> APPLICATION NO. 1171 <br /> � WH$REAS, the City of Orono' is a municipal corporation organized <br /> i <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />� WH$REAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> � subdivision regulations for the orderly, econom3c and safe development of <br /> land within the City; and <br /> 1 <br /> � WH$R$AS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br /> � subdivision application of a plat by Paul D. Swanson, President of Landmark <br /> Construction, Inc. a Minnesota Corporation, (hereinafter "the subdivider"); <br /> � and <br /> ; � WH$RSAS, the subdivision has been found to meet a11 standards of <br /> � both the RR-lA and .LR-lA zoning districts finding that each Iot is of a <br /> size and configuration that will allow its use as a single tamily residence <br /> � to be fu11y developed without the need of any variances; and <br /> WHBR$AS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br /> , platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> ; 1. Comp letion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 2301. <br /> , � <br /> I � <br /> � 2. Dedication on the plat of right-of-way for a public road, shown <br />� as County Road No. 84. <br /> � . <br /> i <br /> 3. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utilities easements. <br /> 4. Creation of a new private ro�ad shown on the plat as Outlot D, to <br /> � be known henceforth as Landmark Drive. <br /> 5.
