WH$R$AS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br /> land within the City; and � <br /> WH$REAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br /> subdivision of a lot line rearrangement by Thomas J. Bernier, Douglas E. <br /> Rlint and Gary A. Barr, the subdividers; and <br /> WHBREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of <br /> the LR-1C zoning district finding that each lot is of a size and <br /> configuration that will allow its continued use as a single family <br /> residential lot without the need of any variances, and <br /> WH$REAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the <br /> .�platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 2084. <br />;;� 2. Dedication on �he p lat of drainage and utility easements. � <br />'A 3. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat in <br />+' the amount of $150.00. <br />;�1 4. Payment to the City of the final plat application fee of $150.00. <br />:� <br />.�� NOW, TH$R$FOR$, B$ IT RSSOI.V$D, that the City Council of the City <br />� of Orono hereby approves the plat of Casco Cove, Hennepin County, <br /> ��� Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br />�} 1. The owners of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 Casco Cove must obtain <br />_�� building permits for residential docks to be installed at their <br />�:, <br />�°' � respective shorelines.
