y � d Cit o� ORONO <br /> � <br /> • RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �� <br /> � � NO. 2443 <br /> • � • • ' <br /> A RESOLOTYON APPROVIPIG A CLASS 1 SOBDIVISION � <br /> � FOR THE DIVISION OF LEGALLY COP4BINED LOTS 1 & 2, <br /> ALBEE'S LONG I,ARE ADDITION <br /> FILE #1267 <br /> WHER$AS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WH$REAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br /> land within the City; and - <br /> WHBRBAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br /> Class 1 Subdivision of a division of legally combined lots by Jane D. <br /> Levering (hereinafter, "the subdivider") ; involving properties legally <br /> described as that part of Lots 1 and 2, Albee's Long Lake Addition, <br /> according the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying <br /> � north of a line drawn at right angles to the west line of said Lot 1, <br /> through a point in said west line 292.71 feet south of the northwest corner <br /> of said Lot 1 (hereinafter, "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br /> City for a Class 1 Subdivision, for division purposes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Counci 1 of the City <br /> of Orono hereby a�proves the division of legally combined lo�s for Jane D. <br /> Levering as shown on the Certificate of Survey by All-Metro Lancl Surveyers <br /> dated 4/11/88 revised date 5/27/88 and attached to this resolution subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Prior to the Citys' issuance a building permit for a new <br /> residence on Lot 2, the existing access at Hennepin County State Aid <br /> Highway #6 that currently serves Lot l, must be removed and ground <br /> cover restored. At that time, the City will assign a new address for <br /> Lot l, Block 1 Albee's Long Lake Addition that would now achieve a <br /> ' single access at Long Lake Boulevard. <br /> 2. The future owner of Lot 2 Albee's Long Lake Addition, must app ly <br /> to the Hennepin County Highway Department for an access permit prior <br /> to application for a building permit with the City of Orono. <br /> Pre 1 iminary review by the County has reported that access f or Lot 2 <br /> must be at the west lot line. <br /> • 3. The existing structure referred to as a garage/workshop on th�e <br /> survey referenced above can never be used as a habitable structure for <br /> residential use nor shall plumbing be installed within the subject <br /> structure. <br /> Page 1 of 2 ' <br />
