. . � Cit o� ORONO -- <br /> � <br /> • ` ` RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ; �� <br /> � NO. 2441-A <br /> • - • • -- <br /> A R$SOI�IITION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> S�TBdtGREEN RIDGB <br /> APPLICATION IiO. 1214 <br /> WHER$AS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHSREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br /> land within the City; and <br /> WH$REAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br /> subdivision of a two lot plat by Richard D. Ziminski and Karen Ziminski, <br /> the subdividers; and <br /> WH$RBAS, the subdivision has been found to meet al 1 standards of <br /> the RR-1B,Rura1 Residential Zoning District finding that each lot is of a <br /> size and configuration that wil 1 allow its use as a single family residence <br /> to be fully developed without the need of any variances; and <br /> WH�R$AS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the <br /> platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> • 1. Completion� of al 1 the requirements of Resolution No. 2363. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of rights of way for public roads, shown as <br /> North Brown Road and County Highway No. 6. <br /> 3. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br /> 4. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of <br /> $200.00 . <br /> : 5. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat <br /> ' in the amount of $7 5.0 0. <br /> NOW, TH$REFORE, B$ IT R$SOLV$D, that the City Counci 1 of the City <br /> of Orono hereby approves the plat of Evergreen Ridge, Hennepin County, <br /> � Minnesota, subject to the fol lowing conditions: <br /> 1. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for new construction <br /> � on Lot 2, Block 1, Evergreen Ridge, a 30' wide section of existing <br /> gravel drive adjacent to the west lot line must be removed and ground <br /> cover restored within the disturbed area.
