The property is loc�ated in the RS, Seasonal Recreational <br /> Residential Zoning District requiring a minimum of 5 acres in area. <br /> 3. The property consists of approximately 57 acres in area. <br /> 4. On May 16, 1988, the Orono Planning Commission reviewed the <br /> application as proposed and recommended approval, based on one or more <br /> of the following findings: , , <br /> A. The property consists of 57 acres and can provide adaquate <br /> camping area for a crew of 57 workers. Applicant shal 1 maintain <br /> one acre per worker ratio. <br /> B.
