^ ,i. <br /> : � d cit o� oR,oNo <br /> • �� �� � <br /> � <br /> ,`: � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ' �� NO. 2399 <br /> � � • • <br /> � The existing septic systems that serve the residences on Lot l, Block <br /> 1 are conforming and meet all setback standards from the newly <br /> proposed lot lines. <br /> k <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon either one or more <br /> of the f indings noted above, the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono hereby <br /> approves the preliminary plat application of Catherine A. Cram per plat <br /> drawings by Mark S. Gronberg, dated February 19, 1988, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> l. Prior to the issuance of building permits for new construction, <br /> the final plat must be filed with either the Hennepin County <br /> Recorder's Office or Registrar of Titles. <br /> 2. Applicant is advised that the final resolution approving the three <br /> lot plat that will be filed against the chains of title of the <br /> property will contain the following conditions: <br /> • A. Any future subdivision of Lot 2, Block 1 must address the <br /> issue of the second residential unit by providing either a five <br /> acre lot for said unit or a conditional use permit for a non- <br /> rental caretaker unit. _ <br /> B. If Lot 1, Block 1 has not been sold within a year of the <br /> , approval date of the final plat, applicant shall either legally <br /> combine Lot 1, Block 1 with Lot 2, Block 1 or remove �he barns. <br /> If the the lot has been sold and a building permit has not been <br /> issued for a principal residence within a year of the approval <br /> date of the f ina 1 p lat, the new owner wi 11 be asked to remove the <br /> subject structures. <br /> C. Future owner of Lot l, Block 1 would be further advised that <br /> the setback of the barns will only allow the use of the barns for <br /> the non-commercial keeping of animals. <br /> The fol lowing list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning <br /> Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on <br /> the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br /> FINAL PLAT SUBMITTALS <br /> l. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one <br /> (1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include: <br /> • a) Lot lines per preliminary plat drawings. <br /> b) Describe wetlands within Lot 2, Block 1 with angles and <br /> bearings and define as drainage easement. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
