Bergquist of 2339 Olive Avenue, Wayzata, MN <br /> 55391, is the fee owner of record and Robert Nelson of 4129 Dupont Avenue, <br /> Minneapolis, MN 55412 is the agent of property � located at 2339 Olive <br /> Avenue, Orono, Minnesota, herein referred to as "the property", and le.gally <br /> described as follows: <br /> P.I.D. 17-117-23 44 0075, Lot 17, Wiley's Navarre Addition, Lake <br /> Minnetonka, that part of Lot 17 lying Southeasterly of the <br /> Northwesterly 6 inches thereof , Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br /> (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> � WHBR$AS, the City Council of the City of Orono, having duly <br /> considered the matter pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 to <br /> 463.261, hereby finds that the above described property is uninhabitable <br /> and contains unsanitary and hazardous conditions which constitute a� public <br /> ' nuisance and which makes this property hazardous to the public health, <br /> safety and welfare based on the following findings: <br /> INTERIOR <br /> Basement <br /> 1. Floor - large bow in middle of floor. UBC 2501(d) . <br /> 6. Walls - water damaged. UBC Standard 47.1109. <br /> � 7. Ceiling - water damaged, ceiling ready to fall.
