The property was assessed for lateral sewer. <br /> NOW, THEI2EFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon either one or more <br /> of the f indings noted�above, the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono hereby <br /> approves the preliminary plat application of Walter H. White that would <br /> propose the division of two lots per plat drawings by Mark S. Gronberg, of <br /> Coffin and Gronberg, Inc., dated September 28, 1987 and further grants a <br /> variance to the standards that would require that all newly created lots <br /> meet the required 200' lot width at the rear of the front yard setback <br /> 1ine, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Prior to the issuance of building permits for new construction on <br /> Lot 1, the final plat and associated documents must be filed with the <br /> Hennepin County Recorder's Office and completed execution of a permit <br /> from the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission approving the <br /> connection to the metro-owned sewer line. <br /> 2. Approval of a shared access by both Lots 1 and 2. Lot 2 to grant <br /> • an access easement in favor of Lot l. <br /> 3. To approve a connection to the Metropolitan- Waste Control <br /> Commission for Lot 1. City to petition Metropolitan Waste Control <br /> � Commission for new sewer connection upon° preliminary plat approval by <br /> the City Council. <br /> The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning <br /> Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on <br /> the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br /> Final Plat Submittals <br /> . 1. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one <br /> (1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include: <br /> a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey. <br /> b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide along <br /> all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of internal <br /> property lines omit along the wetland edges. <br /> c) Designate wetlands areas as drainage easement and define with <br /> angles and bearings. <br /> 2. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br /> � a) Title opinion addressed to the City.
