These orders have not been complied <br /> with. ' <br /> NOW, T�Rffi�OR$, B$ IT RSSOLVSD a s f o 11 ows: . <br /> 1. That the City Council of the City of Orono, pursuant to State <br /> Statute 463.251, hereby orders the owner(s) to board-up and secure the <br /> structure within ten (10) days. The City Council further orders that <br /> unless corrective action is taken within ten (10) days from the date <br /> of service of this order, it wil 1 result in the City properly securing <br /> the bui lding and the cost thereof wi 1�. be charged against the rea 1 <br /> estate as provided in State Statute Section 463.21. <br /> 2. The City Council of the City of Orono, pursuant to the foregoing <br /> findings and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 to <br /> 463.261 hereby orders the owner(s) of the property to make the <br /> � following repairs in order to correct the hazardous condition: <br /> BASBMMENT <br /> a) Footings & Foundation: provide new. <br /> b) Stairs: provide n�w with proper headroom - 6 ' 6" minimum. <br /> ffi,ECTRICAL " <br /> c) Service: provide 100 amp service - installed by licensed <br /> electrician. <br /> d) Wiring: remove alI extension cords used as permanent wiring. <br /> e) Receptacles: provide outlets on a11 walls so that no point on <br /> the floor line is more than 6 feet. <br /> f) Light Fixtures: provide ].ighting outlets controlled by a <br /> switch in each habitab�.e room. <br /> PLDMBING <br /> g) Cleanouts: provide clean outs per MN State Plumbing Code by <br />. licensed master plumber. <br /> • h) Floor Drain: provide f loor drain for excess water release of <br /> water heater. <br /> i) Water Heater: provide access to water heater. <br /> Page 5 of 8 <br />
