ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES FOR FEBRUARY 28, 2000 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS - Sandy Smith, Representative • <br />Smith stated she had no comments but would be available for any questions the Council Members <br />may have. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />None <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />*( #4) #2400 MARK AND ARLETTE PLOEN, 4345/4365 NORTH SHORE DRIVE - <br />CLASS I SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT - RESOLUTION NO. 4424 <br />Peterson moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve Application 42400, Mark and Arlette <br />Ploen, and adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4424, a Resolution Approving a Subdivision of a <br />Lot Line Rearrangement for Properties Located at 4345 and 4365 North Shore Drive; <br />and Granting of Variances to Lot Width. VOTE: Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />*( 95) #2554 ANN AND GIL ANDERSON, 845 WILLOW DRIVE SOUTH - VARIANCE - <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4425 • <br />Peterson moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve Application 92554, Ann and Gil <br />Anderson, 845 Willow Drive South, and adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4425, a Resolution <br />Granting Variances to Allow the Construction of an 18' by 10' Master Bedroom <br />Addition to the South Side of the Existing Residence.
