Foundation - No access. <br /> F��rs�_Flo4� <br /> 2. Wal ls- No insulation, sheet rock damaged. <br /> 3. Ceilings - Sheet rock falling from ceiling. <br /> EXTERIOR <br /> 4. Exterior Walls - Second floor completely removed, no roof for <br /> protection of interior UBC 3202 (a) . � <br /> 5. SilYs - Weathered and deteriorating UBC 2516(a) . <br /> 6.
