Gas piping - improper gas piping to furnace and water heater. . <br /> Improper gas connection to kitchen stove per MN State Mechanical Code <br /> Section 1345.2460 and 1345.2470. <br /> 20. Waste and vents - S trap is provided on kitchen sink and not <br /> permitted per State Plumbing Code 4715.2420. <br /> 21. -Water heater - improper gas connection. Flue is corroded. <br /> 22. Sinks - kitchen sink has a S trap which is unacceptable per State <br /> • Plumbing Code 4715.2420. <br /> 23. Bathtub - faucets in tub are below the rim line of tub. <br /> , 24.
