Prass, 1774 Fremont� Avenue South, Minneapolis, <br /> MN 55403 has an interest in the property located at 1065 Linden Lane, <br /> Orono, Minnesota, and legally described as follows: � <br /> Lots 6, 7, 8, and 9, Linden Beach, Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br /> (hereinafter "the property" ) ; and <br /> � WH$R$AS; the City Council of the City of Orono, having duly <br /> considered the matter pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 to <br /> 463.261, hereby finds that the above described propoert is uninhabitable <br /> ' � and contains unsanitary and hazardous conditions which constitute a public <br /> nuisance and which makes this property hazardous to the public health, <br /> safety and welfare based on the fol lowing findings: � <br /> � IN7.BRIOR <br /> Basement <br /> l. Foundation - in very poor condition. Structural failures show in <br /> lst floor foundation, cracked, not acceptable per UBC 2907 (a) . <br /> First Floor <br /> 2. No access to interior of structure. <br /> 3. Floors - structural failure in dining room area, shows on first <br /> . floor, not acceptable per UBC 2907 (a) . <br /> Miscellaneous <br /> � 4. Chimney - flashing is bad, rotten unclerneath and pulling away <br /> : from structure, not acceptable per UBC 3703. <br /> - EXTERIOR <br /> 5. Walls - brick veneer is cracked and falling off building and wood <br /> is rotten behind the veneer, not acceptable per UBC 3006 (a) . <br /> . . � <br /> 6. Sills - are in a deteriorated condition, not acceptable per UBC <br /> ' 2516 (c) . <br /> 7.
