.1 f��r <br /> �. <br /> Cit� o� ORONO <br /> �� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 2346 <br /> � <br /> ' • - • • <br /> A RESOLDTION APPROVING <br /> A METI3S AND BOUNDS CLASS I SIIBDIVISION <br /> OF A LOT I�INE RRARRANG�MENT <br /> FOR OLAI HANSON & FLORENCE GOLDEN <br /> FILE NO. 1231 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br /> Iand within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br /> subdivision by Olai Hanson and Florence Golden (hereinafter "the <br /> subdividers") of property legally described on��the certificate of survey by <br /> Paul A. Johnson of McCombs Knutson Associates, Inc. dated December 4, 1987 <br /> and attached to this resolution as Exhibit A; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed alI requirements of the <br /> metes and bounds subdivision for division and combination purposes. <br /> NOW, TH$R$FORE B$ IT RLSOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a lot line <br />• rearrangement for Olai Hanson_and Florence Golden as shown on the above <br /> referenced certificate of survey, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Parcels A & C, as referenced on the attached survey, shall be <br /> legal ly combined for tax purposes at the Orono City Offices prior to <br /> the filing of this subdivision with either the Hennepin County <br /> Recorder's Office or the Registrar of Titles Office. <br /> 2. Olai Hanson may apply for a building permit for a detached garage <br /> as shown on the above referenced survey located 4.6' at the northwest <br /> corner from the newly defined Iot line. ' <br /> 3. This resolution, with the attached certificate of survey, shall be� <br /> filed with either the Hennepin County Recorder's Office or the <br /> Registrar of Titles Office on or before July 11, 1988. <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat <br /> , has not been filed by the date specified above.
