clt� o� oR,oNo <br /> • RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 2315 <br /> � <br /> ' � - • • <br /> A RBSOLIITION ORDERING ABATEMENT <br /> OF HAZARDOUS BDILDING ACTION A� <br /> 100 STOBBS B�iY ROAD SOOTH, ORONO <br /> BARN <br /> WHBREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WH$REAS, Thomas R. Bet`z of 415 Deborah Drive, Maple Plain, <br /> Minnesota 55359 is the fee owner of record and James Hillegrass of 1900 <br /> Sixth Avenue North, Long Lake, Minnesota 55356 has an interest in the <br /> property located at 100 Stubbs Bay Road South, Orono, Minnesota, herein <br /> referred to as "the property", and legally described as follows: <br /> � <br /> Property Identification Number: 05-117-23 12 0007 <br /> � Lot 41, Auditor's Subdivision Number 203, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter "the property" ) ; and <br /> • WH}3R$AS, the City Council of the City of Orono, having duly <br /> considered the matter pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 to <br /> 463.261, hereby finds that the above described property is uninhabitable <br /> and contains unsanitary and hazardous conditions which constitute a public <br /> nuisance and which makes this property hazardous to the public health, <br /> safety and welfare based on the following findings: <br /> ' INTERIOR <br /> l. Basement - Poor condition - concrete block falling apart. <br /> 2. Floors - dirt floor. , <br /> 3. Ceiling - falling in. <br /> First Floor <br /> 4. Ceilings - caved in. <br /> 5. Floors - wood caved in. ' <br /> 6. Doors - Building is not secured. <br /> EXTERIOR WALLS <br /> 7. Exterior walls - one wall is in good condition but needs paint. <br /> � The rest are rotting away. ' <br /> 8. Sills - rotten. <br /> • Page 1 of 4 <br />
