C�t� of ORONO <br /> � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL . <br /> � NO. 2313 <br /> � <br /> ' • - • • <br /> RESOLUTION OF CONGRATIILATIONS . <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Orono School District 278 is an educational <br /> facility within the City of Orono; and <br /> WHl�1tEAS, the� Orono Football Team has had an excellent <br /> season for 1987 with a record of seven (7) wins and one ( 1) loss <br /> during regular season, their three (3) wins and zero losses won <br /> them the section 4-A championship. <br /> NOW, TH�gtB�+'O1t13 BE IT R�SOLDED, that the Mayor James R. <br /> Grabek, Councilmembers J.
