The City shall ask that all property owners included within the <br /> membership of the North Arm Estates Association and Victoria Estates <br /> Association attest their signature to this resolution and insure that <br /> each owner/member understands the conditions of this resolution and <br /> with the signing of this resolution agrees to all conditions as set <br /> f orth by the City. <br /> 7. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not <br /> with the owner, but are permissive only and must be exercised by <br /> �application for a building permit within one year of the date of <br /> Council approval, or the special conditions of this resolution will <br /> expire on that date (November 23, 1988 ) . <br /> 8. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and condi- <br /> tions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning <br /> code, shal.l automatical ly terminate any authority granted herein, and <br /> � shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. , <br /> 9.
