Section 10.31, Subdivision (C & D) lists the standards <br /> and requirements for the day and overnight camping uses. <br /> You must provide a detailed proposal af how you plan to meet <br /> each of the requirements (Code section attached). <br /> 7. The day use and overnight camping use is limited to non- <br /> profit organizations. You must clearly demonstrate that the <br /> intended use is not for profit of any individual , group or <br /> corporation. The City Attorney will be requested to review <br /> your documentation. <br /> I am returning your check and incomplete application for <br /> future resubmittal.
