You would submit for permit review an agreed to dock ; <br /> design upon which the City could issue a building permit. ' <br /> t <br /> 2 . You would remove the south dock. f <br /> 3. You would submit a formal withdrawal of your conditional ; <br /> use permit for day use activity. � <br /> The City is in receipt of the formal withdrawal of your <br /> conditional use permit, the building permit has been issued for <br /> the dock construction and the south dock has been removed. <br /> It was indicated to the City, when you verbally withdrew <br /> your application, that you would utilize the island as a single <br /> family residence, within the current zoning.
