No excess material should result from this procedure. <br /> Enclosed is a check for $190 . 00 made payable to the State <br /> Treasurer for the crossing and covers the application fee of <br /> $100 . 00 , plus the 50-year license for a distribution crossing <br /> less than 10 ' wide and 620 ' long. <br /> Please issue a permit for this crossing.
