The revocation of the permit shall cause the immediate cancellation <br /> of the event originally authorized by this permit. <br /> ■ Notification of the event to be provided to the neighbors within 350 feet of the residence indicating the <br /> date and hours of the event,purpose of the party, and the contact name and phone number of a live <br /> person (not voice mail)wbo has autharity to resolve complaints during the event and to address any <br /> questions or concerns prior to the event.
