1 <br /> � . <br /> a ` <br /> � . �. - Clt� o� ORONO <br /> • �, <br /> �'- RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> r <br /> � ��� NO. 2096 <br /> • �;�. <br /> • � • � . <br /> A RESOLIITION APPROVING A <br /> METES AND BaIINDS SDBDIVISION <br /> OF A LOT LINE R�?ARRANGEMENT FOR <br /> VAN EECRHOIIT BUILDING CORPORATION <br /> � FILE NO. 922 <br /> WHLREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> WH$REAS, the City Council has consiclered the application for <br /> a subdivision by Van Eeckhout Building Corporation (hereinafter "the <br /> subdivider") of properties legally described as follows: <br /> Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Dickey Lake Addition, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota; and . <br /> `� WH$REAS, the subdivider has completed aI1 requirements of <br /> the City for metes and bounds subdivision for division and combination <br /> purposes. <br /> NOW, TH$REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a Iot <br /> line rearrangement for Van Eeckhout Building Corporation as shown on <br /> the Certificate of Survey dated April 25, 1986 (revised) and attached <br /> to this resolution subject �to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Upon approval of the subdivision by the City 'Council of <br /> Orono, the owner of Parcel A as described in the Certificate of <br /> � Survey referenced above must apply to• the City for legal <br /> combination for tax purposes with Parcel B as described in that <br /> same survey. � <br /> 2. Upon approval of the subdivision by the City Council of <br /> Orono, the owner of Parcel C as described in the Certificate of <br /> Survey referenced above must apply to the City for legal <br /> combination for tax purposes with ParceY D as described in that <br /> same survey. <br /> 3. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate <br /> of Survey sha 11 be f i led by the City of Orono with the Hennepin <br /> County Recorder's office on or before June 8, 1987 together with <br /> � a certified original copy of this resolution. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
