� Clt� o� ORONO <br /> • �t �� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> • <br /> NO. 2070 <br /> • - • • <br /> A RESOLUTION DECLARING ` <br /> NOVENiBER 28, 1986 AS <br /> JOl�N LATTIN DAY IN THE CITY OF ORONO <br /> WHER�AS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Joan Lattin has been employed by the City of <br /> Orono from December 13, 1965 to December 31, 1972 and from July <br /> 15, 1974 to December 15, 1986, and <br /> WH�ItEAS, Joan Lattin has served as Finance Director and <br /> Office Coordinator to the City of Orono from May 1968 to December <br /> S 1972 and from July 1974 to June 1976 , and <br /> WHEREAS, Joan Lattin has served as Assistant Finance <br /> Director or Deputy Treasurer and Deputy Clerk to the City of <br /> Orono from December 1966 to May 1968 and from June 1976 to <br /> December 1986, and <br /> WHERI3AS, Joan Lattin has been a positive asset to the <br /> : community and a steadying influence to the City staff, and <br /> WHERE�S, Joan Lattin is retiring after 19 1/2 years of <br /> publ ic serv ice. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, November 28, 1986, is <br /> declared as Joan Lattin Day in the City of Orono in honor of her <br /> many years of service. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City ot Orono, this <br /> 27th day of October 1986. � � <br /> Mary C.
