i'r r � � CitV-) o� ORONO . ±�� ,�l•„ V '? • �� ' �', RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ��';�� 2069 � � > NO. �_,,;.;;� • ' •. ,��'� ' A RESOLOTION APPRO`7ING TH� PY�AT OF BEAO MARAIS FILE NO. 967 WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WH$REAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted � subdivision reguYations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and WH$REAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision by John B.A. Idstrom II, the subdivider; and WHER$AS, the subdivision has been found to meet a11 • standards of the RR-1B zoning district, except that Lot 2 does not front on a public street, requiring a variance, but does have access to a public road via a private driveway easement over Lot l; and WH$REAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the platting regulations of the City, including: 1. Comp�etion of all the "requirements of Resolution No. 1978. 2. Dedication on the plat of rights-of-way for public streets and roads, shown as Fox Street. � 3. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. 4. Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation Easement providing for limitations on the use of wetlands and/or drainage- ways described therein and shown on the plat as "drainage easements". 5. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $300.00 � 6. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat easements in the amount of $150.00; and WHERSAS, each lot is of a size and configuration that wili � aYlow its use as a single family residence to be fully developed without the need for further variances; and Page 1 of 2
