i'r <br /> r <br /> � � CitV-) o� ORONO <br /> . ±�� ,�l•„ V <br /> '? <br /> • �� ' <br /> �', RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��';�� 2069 <br /> � � > NO. <br /> �_,,;.;;� <br /> • ' •. ,���'� <br /> ' <br /> A RESOLOTION APPRO`7ING TH� PY�AT OF BEAO MARAIS <br /> FILE NO. 967 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WH$REAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted � <br /> subdivision reguYations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> WH$REAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision by John B.A. Idstrom II, the subdivider; and <br /> WHER$AS, the subdivision has been found to meet a11 <br /> • standards of the RR-1B zoning district, except that Lot 2 does not <br /> front on a public street, requiring a variance, but does have access <br /> to a public road via a private driveway easement over Lot l; and <br /> WH$REAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br /> the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Comp�etion of all the "requirements of Resolution No. 1978. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of rights-of-way for public streets <br /> and roads, shown as Fox Street. � <br /> 3. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br /> 4. Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation Easement <br /> providing for limitations on the use of wetlands and/or drainage- <br /> ways described therein and shown on the plat as "drainage <br /> easements". <br /> 5. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of <br /> $300.00 � <br /> 6. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the <br /> plat easements in the amount of $150.00; and <br /> WHERSAS, each lot is of a size and configuration that wili <br /> � aYlow its use as a single family residence to be fully developed <br /> without the need for further variances; and <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
