Gi lmore are the owners and Charles <br /> • Lewis Henke has an interest in the property located at 3536 Lyric <br /> Avenue, Orono, Minnesota, herein referred to as "the property", and <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> Lots 19 & 20, Block 4, "Navarre Heights", Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota (P.I.D. 17-117-23 43 0056 ) ; and <br /> WHER$AS, the City Council of the City of Orono, having duly <br /> � considered the matter pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 <br /> to 463.261, hereby finds that the above described property is <br /> � uninhabitable and contains unsanitary and hazardous conditions which <br /> constitute a public nuisance and which makes this property hazardous <br /> to the public health, safety and welfare based on the following <br /> findings: <br /> l. Over two 1.ayers of roofing; <br /> 2. Improper footings - concrete block stacked without mortar - <br /> improper depth; <br /> 3. Building is in a state of deterioration and dilapidation, <br /> thus it is a safety and health hazard pursuant to Minnesota State <br /> Building Code/Uniform Building Code, Section 203. <br /> 4. Orders to remove or repair the structure were issued by the <br /> Building Official on February 19, 1985 and September 10, 1986. <br /> These orders have not been complied with. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: � <br /> 1. That the City Council of the City of Orono, pursuant to the <br /> � foregoing findings and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes <br /> Sections •463.15 to 463.261 hereby orders the owner(s) of the <br /> . property to raze or repair the structure on the property. The <br /> Council further orders that all personal property or fixtures <br /> that may unreasonably interfere with the razing or repair be <br /> •� removed within twenty (20) days of the service of this order or <br /> the City of Orono may remove such personal property or fixtures. <br /> All costs incurred shall be charged to the property owner(s) in <br /> accordance with the law. <br /> Page 1 of 2 � <br />
