NO. 2054 <br /> �1�1 .6�.'. <br /> • _ • • <br /> A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT <br /> 1986 ANNUAL SERVICE CHARGES FOR THE ON-SITE SE6�TAGE TREATMENT <br /> INSPECTION PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Orono, <br /> Minnesota has enacted certain ordinances under the Minnesota <br /> Statutes, there�fore pursuant to Chapter 12, Orono City Code <br /> pertaining to payment and collection of the Annual Service Charge <br /> for the On-Site Sewage Treatment Inspection Program, the <br /> following properties are delinquent in nature. <br /> 1. WHEREAS, the City has obtained from Hennepin County <br /> Auditor levy Number 10449 for the delinquent Annual <br /> Service Charges for the On-Site Sewage Treatment <br />, Inspection Program. <br />� , • 2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he is her�by <br /> authorized and directed to extend upon proper tax lists <br /> of the county and further collect saia assessments <br /> thereon in the manner provided by law. <br /> 3.
