Co., MN <br /> �ceat���!'i����,TtM� <br /> This on-site sewage treatment system is designed for a Type 1, five bedroom home, in <br /> accordance with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Chapter 7080 and locat <br /> ordinances. <br /> The soils on this site are SCS soils mapped - LrB Lester loam. The seasonally <br /> saturated soils were located at 20" to 30" (redox features). Due to the seasonally <br /> saturated soils, a Pressurized Mound System will need to be installed to treat septic <br /> effluent. The bottom of the rock must be located at least 3' above the saturated soils. <br /> This site has been disturbed near the proposed treatment area. Approval or a variance <br /> will be needed for the toe of the mound to be 10' from the property line and the rock bed <br /> 25' from the property line. The compacted soils will be at the downslope toe of the <br /> northeast comer of the mound. <br /> The soils at a depth of 12" have a percoiation rate of 10.0 mpi_ <br /> A pumping chamber wilt need to be installed to lift the effluent to the treatment area. <br /> The power supply and switches must be located outside the manhole and pumping <br /> chamber in a weather proof enc{osure.
