Find source of leak, resolve and patch <br /> areas back together. <br /> Install Kick outs <br /> Address where deck and pergola attach to house and freestanding pillars. <br /> Address at grade issues with pillars. <br /> Seal up stucco caps on pillars. <br /> Address leaky windows; install dam sill/pan flashing effort. <br /> Remove stucco, assess damage. Replace sheathing with plywood, install smart vapor <br /> barrier and fresh insulation if wet. Repair framing members as needed. <br /> Patch stucco back and texture with acrylic finish. Paint effected areas corner to corner <br /> for matching efforts. <br /> Caulk/Seal entire house where stucco meets breach(window, vents, lights, etc.). <br />
