0 <br />MINUTES OF THE ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />HELD JUNE 21, 1993 <br />ZONING FILE #1838 - CONT. <br />Owens noted specified plantings were installed but they did not <br />work. <br />Smith asked if the concrete block patio is stable. <br />Owens reported it is very stable. <br />Rowlette noted the planter is to be removed. <br />Owens agreed. <br />It was moved by Lindquist, seconded by Nolan, to recommend <br />expeditious approval of Application #1838 for Robert H. Owens, 1700 <br />Bohn's Point Road, for a conditional use permit to allow repairs <br />of the lakeshore bank, subject to the planter being removed and <br />screening be included in the landscape plan for the terrace wall. <br />Ayes 7, nays 0. <br />• Tom Owens asked if it would be possible to get approval from the <br />City Council prior to their next meeting. <br />Goetten suggested he contact the City Administrator the next <br />morning and they would make every effort to facilitate the project. <br />( #11) #1839 ROBERT H.
