The boundary&type approval was <br /> requested April 18�', 2016. <br /> A wetland delineation was conducted by Midwest Natural Resources, Inc. on April 6`", 2016. A <br /> complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on May 9th, 2016. <br /> Two wetlands were identified on the property. Wetland A was identified as a mixed Type 2/ <br /> Type 3 Fresh Wet Meadow/Shallow Marsh wetland. Wetland B was classified as a Type 2, <br /> Fresh Wet Meadow wetland. <br /> The boundaries will be reviewed in the field by MCWD staff. <br /> 2. APPLICATION REVIEW AND DECISION <br /> Signing and mailing of this completed form to the appropriate recipients in accordance with 8420.0255, Subp.3 <br /> provides notice that an application was made to the LGU under the Wetland Conservation Act as specified above. <br /> A copy of the application is attached.
