RESULTS <br /> The land located within the subject property is comprised of a single-family home with yard, <br /> altered/non-native grassland,box elder woodland and two wetlands. In all,two wetland boundaries <br /> were delineated and located within the 3.1 acre property. <br /> Of the delineated wetland areas located within the property. Wetland A would be classified as part <br /> palustrine emergent wetland with a saturated water regime (PEMB; Circular 39 Type 2; Fresh Wet <br /> Meadow) and part palustrine emergent wetland with a seasonally flooded water regime (PEMC; <br /> Circular Type 3; Shallow Marsh). Wetland B would be classified as a palustrine emergent wetland <br /> with a saturated water regime (PEMB; Circular 39 Type 2; Fresh Wet Meadow). <br /> Both wetlands were delineated using methods and criteria that follow the U.S. Arnly Corps of <br /> Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual (1987)and the Regional Supplement to the COE Wetland <br /> Delineation Manual: Midwest Region. The boundaries of Wetland A and B were flagged and <br /> located by MNR and also located by Acre Land Surveying. <br /> Recent Climatic Conditions for the Williams Property <br /> 1) Precipitation Data from Gridded Database <br /> Sou�•ce: Minnesola Clirr�alology Working Group <br /> Precipitation data for the target wetland location: <br /> Hennepin County, Orono, Sec. 4, Twp. 1 17 N., Range 23 W. <br /> Since the delineation of the Williams property was conducted on April 6r" of 2016 daily <br /> precipitation data from the months of January, February and March were reviewed from the Long <br /> Lake 0.2 WSW (MNHN0006-station identifier) weather station. Annual precipitation data for the <br /> three months prior to April was obtained from the Minnesota Climatology Working Group from <br /> 1996-2015/6 for the area of Hennepin County (Orono) where the nearest precipitation data was <br /> collected for the past 20 years. <br /> Last 20 Years: 1996-2015/6 the average precipitation for Hennepin County, Orono for the month <br /> of January= 0.84", February= 0.87" and March = l.57". <br /> Last Five Years-January: From 2012-2016 the average precipitation was 0.61" and was within <br /> the 30`�' and 70`� percentile. <br /> Last Five Years-February: From 2011-2015 the average precipitation was 120"and was within <br /> the 30r� and 70��percentile. <br /> Last Five Years-March: From 20l 1-2015 the average precipitation was 1.10"and was within the <br /> lowest 30`"percentile. <br /> Recent 2016: During January of 2016. 0.35" (4.8" of snow) of precipitation was recorded at the <br /> Long Lake 0.2 WSW weather station in Hennepin County which is located approximately 5 miles <br /> north and east from the Williams property. In February 0.57" (11.3'' of snow) of precipitation was <br /> recorded and in March 0.0" (0.0" of snow)was recorded.
