LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DECISION Date of Decision: 6/8/2016 � Approved ❑ Approved with conditions(include below) ❑ Denied LGU Findings and Conclusions(attach additional sheets as necessary): Natalie Williams applied for a wetland boundary &type confirmation for the wetlands located at 2815 Deer Run Trail in the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Legal description: Section 4, Township 117N, Range 23W. The boundary&type approval was requested April 18th, 2016. A wetland delineation was conducted by Midwest Natural Resources, Inc. on April 6t", 2016. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on May 9'n 2016. Two wetlands were identified on the property. Wetland A was identified as a mixed Type 2/Type 3 Fresh Wet Meadow/Shallow Marsh wetland. Wetland B was classified as a Type 2, Fresh Wet Meadow wetland. MCWD reviewed the boundaries in the field on May 20th, 2016. MCWD was in agreement with the wetland boundaries and types identified on site. MCWD approves the wetland boundaries and types as delineated in the field and documented in the delineation report. This decision is valid for five years.
