SUBDIVISION 9 (� <br /> FILE 1\'O. 02-2832 <br /> `�HEREAS, Randy Arneson and Christina Arneson, husband and wife, <br /> (hereinafter "the applicants") are the owners of the property located at 625 Deborah Drive <br /> within the City of Orono (hereinafter"the City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 3, Block 1, McCulley Farm, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the <br /> property"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the applicants have made application to the City of Orono to permit a <br /> "Plumbing in Accessory Structure-Conditional Use Permit"to allow a toilet and sink to be installed <br /> into an accessory structure. <br /> `VHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> 1�linnesota Stahites and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on October 21, 2002, at which time all persons desiring to be <br /> heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> 1�linnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File n02-2832. <br /> 2. This property is located in the RR-lA Zonin� District where 5 acre is the minimum <br /> required lot area. The property consists of approximately 4.949 acres. <br /> 3. The Orono Plannin� Commission reviewed this application on October 21, 2002 and <br /> recommended approval by a vote of 7 to 0 of a conditional use permit for plumbing in an <br /> accessory structure to allow for a toilet and sink based on the following findin�s: <br /> A.
