Th� mottled soils were located at 26" to 30" <br /> (redox features). Due to the redox features, a Pressurized Mound System will need to <br /> be installed to treat septic effluent. The bottom of the rock must be located at least 3' <br /> above the redox features. <br /> ORONO COPY <br /> All property lines are approximate & must be located prior to installation. <br /> The soils at a depth of 12" have a percolation rate of 12.6 mpi, <br /> The existing tanks are a 1000 gallon & a 1500 gallon dual chamber tank. These tanks <br /> may be used if water tight. The 1500 gallon will need a hole knocked out in the divider <br /> near the bottom of the wall. A new 1250 gallon tank will need to be installed for the <br /> pumping chamber.
