MINUTES OF THE ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />• HELD APRIL 20, 1992 <br />ZONING FILE #1725 - CONT. <br />Fansler explained this apartment will be for his mother -in -law. <br />It was moved by Cohen, seconded by Bellows, to recommend approval <br />of Application #1725 for Davis Fansler of 4180 Bayside Road for a <br />conditional use permit for a non - rental guest apartment, subject <br />to the apartment never having a separate entrance from the <br />principal residence and that the apartment may never be uused for <br />rental purposes.
