The added hardcover is still way under the <br /> allowed percentage, so that should not even be considered. Is this pool project really going to harm the wetland <br /> area? I've lived on this piece of property for almost 26 years and I've loved taking care of it. I only want to <br /> make it more enjoyable for my extended family and generations to come. My hope is that the code will be <br /> changed to allow the distance to the wetland be a factor. I would like to finish the septic system next spring <br /> along with the pool. If my 51/2 acres were divided into 5 lots, 4 of them could have pools. In conclusion, I am a <br /> victim of a vague code, new obstacles thrown in in the 1 lth hour, and poor information about whether or not I <br /> even have a wetland on my property. It was questioned by surveyors, wetland specialists, a delineator, <br /> excavators, elevation guy for the pool, and my septic installer.
