MINUTES OF THE ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING — AUGUST 19, 1991 <br />( #9) ZONING FILE #1672 KONRAD & KAY MARINE <br />235 HOLLANDER ROAD <br />VARIANCES — PUBLIC HEARING • <br />8:45 — 8:55 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing was <br />noted. <br />Kay Marine was present. <br />Mabusth explained their proposal was an addition of a sport <br />court at 25'x70', 5' from the lot line within the west side yard. <br />She noted the neighbor most affected is very agreeable to this <br />improvement.
