ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD JULY 15, 1991 <br />( #8)ZONING FILE #1662 - ROBERTS CONTINUED <br />Rowlette stated that she had seen a parking area near the <br />40 lakeshore across from the Roberts' house. She questioned whether <br />that area would be removed. <br />Roberts replied, "All of the hardcover on the lakeside of <br />the property will be eliminated. That will include' the area of <br />plastic and sand." <br />Gaffron stated that, technically, a <br />would be required for such a project to <br />0 -75 foot setback.
