This is a public health nuisance and must be dealt with immediately. <br /> Scott and I pulled the manhole cover that your line empties into and it had not backed up in the <br /> main. This leads us to believe that your building sewer line is or was plugged. The line needs <br /> to be unpiugged, if needed, and a new cap installed by June 29th, 2009. Please contact Public <br /> Works at 952-249-4600 and arrange for Scott or someone else to inspect the work when it's <br /> being done. <br /> In the interim, please hose down the lawn to clean up the sewage and keep an eye on the area <br /> to make sure that kids and dogs are not playing in and around that area.
