Mark Fritzler, Liz Hawn, and <br /> Stephanie Zugschwert. Representing staff were Planning Director Mike Gaffron, Planners <br /> Melanie Foth and Janice Waataja, Recorder Kristi Anderson, <br /> Commissioners Jeanne Mabusth and Cynthia Bremer, and Council Representative Bob <br /> Sansevere were absent. <br /> Chair Smith called the meeting to order at 6:02 P.M. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> (#1) #03-2927 JAMES AND LINDA MARTINSON, 1435 PARK DRIVE, <br /> VARIANCE <br /> Hawn moved, Fritzler seconded,to recommend approval of Application #03-2927, <br /> James and Linda Martinson, 1435 Park Drive, granting a lot width and area variance <br /> in order to construct a new residence on the property subject to the lot meeting <br /> setback, lot coverage by structures, and hardcover requirements. VOTE: Ayes 5, <br /> Nays 0. <br /> (#2) #03-2929 JEFF MARTINEAU, 2565 NORTH SHORE DRIVE, CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT <br /> Hawn moved, Fritzler seconded, to recommend tabling of Application #03-2929,Jeff <br /> Martineau, 2565 North Shore Drive, request for a conditional use permit. VOTE: <br /> Ayes 5,Nays 0. <br /> (#3) #03-2931 TIMOTHY AND KRISTI OSTERBERG, 1045 LOMA LINDA <br /> AVENUE,VARIANCE <br /> Hawn moved, Fritzler seconded,to recommend approval of Application #03-2931, <br /> Timothy and Kristi Osterberg, 1045 Loma Linda Avenue, granting approval of the <br /> front yard setback variance to replace an existing attached garage due to limited <br /> alternative locations due to the configuration and topographical constraints of the lot. <br /> VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br /> PAGE 1 of 30 <br />
