MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> Monday, August 18, 2003 <br /> 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> (#10 #03-2930 STREETER AND ASSOCIATES ON BEHALF OF RICHARD AND <br /> DELORES LITTLE, Continued) <br /> While the driveway was to be redone at a later date, Ripley pointed out that they could <br /> redo the driveway sooner to meet removal guidelines. <br /> Since the applicants were receptive to driveway removals, Gaffron suggested the <br /> Commission try to determine a square footage amount. <br /> Fritzler maintained that the concessions would need to get them back to the 1995 <br /> approvals. <br /> Gaffron indicated that the applicants could work with staff to find the necessary removals. <br /> Hawn suggested no permit be issued until the removals occurred. <br /> Gaffron noted that the removals are required to be done by the time of the footing <br /> inspection. <br /> There were no public comments. <br /> Hawn moved,Rahn seconded to recommend approval of Application#03-2930, <br /> Streeter and Associates on behalf of Richard and Delores Little, 2775 Shadywood <br /> Road, contingent upon staff recommendations that hardcover does not exceed the <br /> 1995 approvals, the removals are identified prior to City Council approval, and that <br /> fabric, as well as, other removals are removed prior to the footing inspection. A conditional use permit to allow plumbing in an accessory building for the new <br /> detached garage/entertainment room. <br /> 2. A conditional use permit to allow a non-rental guest apartment above the existing <br /> attached garage. <br /> 3.
