Although <br /> large in acreage,the property is compromised by the fact that it is a peninsula and surrounded <br /> by water and virtually all of it is in the 0-75' lakeshore setback,which limits its buildability. <br /> VOTE: Ayes 7,Nays 0. <br /> (#17)Report of Planning Commission representatives attending Council meetings on June 24, <br /> and July 8,2002. <br /> Berg stated that on June 24 the Daisy Diner was discussed, neighboring issues were addressed to <br /> which mediation is beginning. The Council did vote to allow Class I Restaurants as a permitted use. <br /> Gaffron noted that if a restaurant does move in, it could do so without further approval, as long as <br /> parking is met. <br /> Berg reported that the Pass's conservation easement passed. <br /> Smith reported that during the July 8 meeting, she learned that there are six potential planning <br /> commissioner alternates to choose from. She stated that the fill at Fox Ridge was contested, as the <br /> applicant brought his own engineer's report and legal team to address the Council. <br /> Weinberger added that they will be reverifying the wetland delineation report. <br /> PAGE 34 of 36 <br />
