The property is a 7.75 acre property to be divided to create one new building <br /> site (Lot 1), and driveway for back lot(Outlot A). The existing driveway on Fox Street will <br /> continue to be used by the house on the front lot. <br /> Bottenberg stated that the general site plan meets all requirements for a front lot/back lot <br /> subdivision.
