MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> APRIL 16,2001 <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br /> (#11) PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR MARCH 19,2001 <br /> Hawn requested the minutes for the March 19,2001 meeting be amended to reflect that the Planning <br /> Commission is also opposed to any private or commercial use of the two oversized accessory structures <br /> other than for horses as it relates to the Alshouse application. Hawn further requested that the minutes <br /> specifically reflect that the accessory structures should not be used for private or commercial storage. <br /> Smith requested the minutes be amended to reflect that she was selected to attend the April 9 City <br /> Council meeting. <br /> The Planning Commission tabled the March 19, 2001 minutes. <br /> (#9) REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING <br /> COUNCIL MEETINGS MARCH 26, 2001 AND APRIL 9, 2001 <br /> Kluth stated he attended the March 26`h Council meeting and that all the items were placed on the <br /> Consent Agenda. <br /> Smith indicated she attended the April 9th Council meeting. The Council acted on the Watertown <br /> subdivision and basically discussed the same issues raised by the Planning Commission. <br /> (#12) SELECTION OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS ON <br /> APRIL 23,2001 AND MAY 14,2001 <br /> April 23 —Mabusth <br /> May 14—Lindquist <br /> (#10) OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br /> Hawn inquired whether the Planning Commission needs to be informed about any action taken by the <br /> Council at one of their work sessions relating to the Stormwater Management Plan. <br /> Council Member Flint stated the Council did discuss the Stormwater Management Plan and that there <br /> needs to be a formal presentation given to the public. <br /> Mabusth commented there was discussion about incorporating language regarding the fees into a <br /> resolution rather than the ordinance. <br /> Gaffron stated they are waiting for some information from Bonestroo on the Stormwater Management <br /> Plan before it can be brought back before the Council. <br /> Hawn inquired whether the plan would be brought back before the Planning Commission. <br /> PAGE 18 <br />
