The plans proposed to <br /> remove an existing home and construct a new home with an attached garage. We have the following <br /> comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • A temporary driveway, proposed steps, and proposed grading are shown on the neighboring <br /> property to the east. Proof of the ability to construct the driveway, steps, and complete the <br /> grading, such as an easement or agreement with the neighboring property owner, should be <br /> provided to the City. <br /> • The proposed spot elevations near the retaining walls at the northeast corner of the house do not <br /> agree with the proposed contours.
